Program Highlights

Stay at the Elephant Valley Project in the forested Keo Seima Wildlife Sanctuary in Cambodia to observe semi-wild, rehabilitated, Asian elephants as they forage, bathe, and interact with each other.

Learn core skills including species identification and wildlife monitoring, elephant behavior analysis, conservation grant writing, ethics and reasoning, basic Khmer language, and research design.

Explore academic themes, including Asian elephant ecology and conservation, highland ecosystems, traditional culture, human-elephant interactions, wildlife management, and elephant health and welfare.

Visit the vibrant city of Phnom Penh and the ancient temples of Angkor to explore the history and culture of Cambodia.
