Alright, so the lesson materials are high quality and the email responses are fast and professional. For job help, there are links to recruiters but I expect an updated jobs board with live links for jobs. Also, I couldn't find a page for job app help easily. Just a few things need to be added if you want to be 'the best'. All in all, it's a worthwhile course for learning TEFL for anyone like me who had no knowledge in it at all.

The training course was very useful and actually even a tiny bit practical considering it was online. It was exactly like in the free lesson and staff replied to my email I sent. No problems. A good experience.

I paid $49 for this (it shows as $44 here, so I suppose they need to update it!) and felt it was worth much more. For me, the staff stood out from the moment I showed interest, answering my fairly annoying questions (now that I look back at it!) with patience and detail. The content was professional and came across with a nice friendly tone. The videos were good quality and test questions were a nice range of easy to challenging. I was a fan of this course and will recommend it to my friends and family. Thanks!
