It can be confirmed that the course is nice and staff are professional to answer the emails. My experience was positive 99% of the time. Between quiz and the new the lesson there is sometimes the wait while it is saving, but everything else is good. I am happy with the service of training.

I needed something to prep me for teaching overseas without wiping out my non-existent funds, so with a bit of chatgtp I found myself messaging teflmaster about there course. They suggested that I could look at their free lesson before paying for the course to give me an idea of how it's taught, which I advise others to do. I was happy with everything minus a couple of times the system went down for maintenance (once during a quiz! Oh and there were a couple of quiz questions I thought had other answers that could be justified, but I think that showed I was actually learning something 🤔 😀

The text content is very good. Their lesson scenario quizzes is interesting and support is great. Wasn't interested in the AI audio video recordings but I wouldn't have fancied watching a lecture style video even if it was a real human, so that's not a valid gripe of mine. There was an hour the other day when the site was down, which they said was for server maintenance and out of their control. Fine, but maybe give us a heads up in advance? I didn't notice any quiz errors, but I'd have liked some written assignments, which I now see they offer on their site (wasn't available when I bought the course). Recommended? Sure.
