Was looking for an entry into teaching industry and found this online course to be comprehensive and have modern day content. Would recommend to others, learned a ton! Enough course material to feel comfortable in taking first teaching position.

This was a great course to take and recommend it to all looking to get into teaching English as a second language. The course was very easy to follow along and keep your attention and loved the format of the lectures.

I give this course very high marks. All the course materials were very professional. They promise to grade your written assignments in 48 hours, and they always did. The course worked perfectly - no bugs, no glitches, no typos, no problems. I would happily recommend the course to anyone who wants to teach English as a foreign language.

It was very interesting. The content was very informative and the live demonstrations tied in with the lessons being taught. The Unit quizzes where good and helped reinforce understanding. TEFL really did use its own Methodology to teach you how to teach English online or in person. Looking forward to the next step.

I decided to do this course although I have been teaching for some time now. I thought it might open a few doors or at least give me a fresh idea of new teaching ideas. I absolutely loved the course and think that I should be able to increase career opportunities despite my age!! I have learned some brilliant information and was disappointed when I realised how quickly I had finished!

This course was amazing, from the easy accessible links, toto great video modules. This course was very educational and super helpful in gaining some confidence on this new educational journey. Will probably enroll in another course as I build my experience:)

My tutor helped me majorly throughout the TEFL course. He always got back to me within 48 hours (through email and through assignment feedback) and that was incredibly helpful/appreciated. I learned a lot and felt like I got out of the course what I put in. Definitely recommend!

Overall the course was clear and well organized. I learned alot especially on methodology because I have never been a teacher. My only critique is that the presenters were a bit dull and robotic. Some of those videos were painfully long. I understand the use of miming and gesturing to "elicit" but I think this PPP methodology takes it too far. At a certain point the gesturing in the videos is not longer helpful but just distracting. The teacher with the dark hair and Scottish accent was particularly over the top. She had a gesture for every word she said, I found it awkward, irrelevant and distracting. I feel use of gestures in moderation can help convey information but I would perhaps revise some of your videos in pursuit of a more fluid and natural presentation. There was one teacher who was particularly well animated, clear and fun to listen to. Tall guy, basic English accent. Not monotone. Could you incorporate some real life videos? I'd love to see a real class in action, the type of class described in the teaching large groups module. 60+ students, few resources, developing country. That could be interesting to see how the teacher really manages a challenging environment.

I never thought this could happen, neither that I could work from home and travel where I wanted and still work from there as an online English tutor, but that's exactly what happened and I am so happy about it!

I had a great experience doing this course. I felt that it prepared me for every eventuality that I might encounter in a classroom, and not only that, but all the tips on how to to make grammar interesting for a big classroom was tremendous help. I always thought that my excitement alone would suffice to have students engaged in the classroom, but I have found a new spark and excitement in teaching grammar, not just culture, and I look forward to my classes. I will be recommending this course to all my colleagues, not to mention those older colleagues that could use a refresher in the methodology training.

I learned much about TEFL and found the video observation course particularly helpful. Since I am American, my one suggestion might be having a TEFL class coming out of the USA instead of or in addition to the UK since there are some significant differences in expressions and constructions.

The content was very transparent, the assignments well thought out and the Tutor turnaround with assignments was quick and efficient. In all I complete the (120) hr course in little over (3) weeks. Can't wait for my next chapter to begin with teaching as I have just returned from SEA after (7) months. This course sets me up for retirement.

Completing the 120-hour TEFL course has reminded me that learning is a lifelong journey. No matter how many years of teaching experience we have, there is always something new to discover, refine, and apply in the classroom. To `Never Give Up` reflects my belief that professional growth begins with humility and the willingness to keep learning. The emphasis on Student Talking Time (STT), the Presentation–Practice–Production (PPP) framework, and Teacher Talking Time (TTT) reminded me that effective teaching is about creating opportunities for students to Think, Feel and Learn. This course has strengthened my commitment to the SEL approach and complements my philosophy of "I FEEL – I THINK – I LEARN." I complete this programme with renewed enthusiasm and practical strategies.

I worked on this for almost six months. I was working and looking for new teaching opportunities, but I logged no less than 250 hours. Some of the audio in the classroom demos was impossible to hear. Even the captions were unreadable. But overall the course was well put together and easy to follow. My proctor was very particular and didn’t match the cost and value of the program. I had to redo some assignments up to 8 times. That certainly took up a lot of my time.

Through this TEFL Course, I had the opportunity to improve my teaching practice and develop more strategies for managing and conducting classes. The course provided me with valuable knowledge, practical tools, and new perspectives on language teaching I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to enhance their skills and become a more confident and effective educator.

At first I was a little cautious because I didn’t know what to expect but as I started I knew I’d love it. The grammar module was just great fun and very informative. I learned a lot. What was more important was the methodology course. It just instils the teacher mindset in you. Word of advice. Watch the videos. Don’t skip them! They really guide you on your journey. I found them really helpful because not only you see how a lesson unfolds but also how the teacher interacts with the students and vice-versa. If you need any help there will always be someone ready to help you. A truly amazing experience. I can’t recommend it enough. Truly outstanding. Thank you.
