The lessons are well-structured, with clear explanations of core EFL concepts such as PPP lesson planning, classroom management, and differentiated teaching for multilevel adult students. The modules include useful real-world examples, practical assignment tasks, and helpful guidance for online teaching. I appreciated the flexible self-paced format, which let me study around my busy schedule. The feedback on assignments was detailed and constructive, helping me fix gaps in my lesson design. This course built my confidence to plan and deliver English lessons, and I'd absolutely recommend it for anyone planning to begin their TEFL journey.

I completed the 10-Hour Specialist Course: "Teaching Neurodivergent Students in an EFL Setting." The TEFL Org's curriculum and core reading materials were informative and practical. The syllabus covered essential classroom topics—such as Universal Design for Learning (UDL), sensory adaptations, and tailored classroom management strategies—giving teachers actionable frameworks for inclusive learning. However, the institution's marking and feedback framework has a fundamental pedagogical flaw. When an initial assignment submission is returned due to automated or suspected AI flagging, the institution's official policy—confirmed directly by executive leadership—is to withhold all substantive pedagogical feedback on that first attempt until a resubmission is uploaded. The stated reasoning is that instructors do not provide feedback on work they cannot definitively authenticate as independent. Pedagogically, this creates a counterproductive loop: Students whose work is flagged as structured or polished receive no margin notes or constructive guidance on the subject matter. Students are forced to resubmit blind, guessing which specific instructional concepts need adjustment rather than learning through targeted teacher feedback. Once a second draft is submitted and passed, the educational window to discuss and learn from the initial attempt is completely lost. Good curriculum and clear study modules, but authentic feedback must guide the learning process from day one, not merely appear at the finish line.

maybe you should add a module about punctuation, as it is important and there is not such a module on the 120 hours teaching english, tefl, tesol . i am french , for eg, and we have punctuation as well, but it be confusing sometimes, for students to understand, as we don't have the same kind of rythm, and musicality in the way , we write, and pronunce in english , that, could help students of other native languages too. thank you ! the course was really gret and enriching, and quiet high level , nd well, created .

I am a veteran teacher of 32 years and I still learned a lot about teaching English to foreign students! The TEFL course was well organized, fun and interesting. The teachers used humor and explained the concepts well.

Everything is well laid out with clear instructions! I really like the grammar review and the preparation for teaching online. I wish they would have offered the extra courses free when I enrolled, but I can always take those later!

I decided to do this course although I have been teaching for some time now. I thought it might open a few doors or at least give me a fresh idea of new teaching ideas. I absolutely loved the course and think that I should be able to increase career opportunities despite my age!!
