For the last ten or so years, I've been teaching English in different contexts and I always thought I needed another short course on how to keep on teaching and improving my skills as an English language teacher. Then I found the 40 hour TEFL course on TEFL hero website and I loved the way the course was directing me and how it emboldened my continuous desire to keep teaching and training people on the language learning field. Some of these questions don’t seem to apply to those who took course online. The course was easy to digest and broken down to understand. It was to the point and not drawn out and didn’t have over exhausting quizzes.

From easily digestible courses that don't make you work where you shouldn't have to (in the digesting), to a friendly tone the whole way through thats comforting like a new friend in a foreign land that speaks your language after months of only speaking bird, *Chirp Chirp*. Their 40 hour online course, was clear and concise and left little to be desired. It seems that the people behind the Hero (as there always is) are paving a way to a new kind of teaching environment that doesn't need to play by the classical and possibly antiquated rules, while still giving you the option to follow a more rigid format if that works better for you (and its pay as you like for the 40 hour :'). TEFL Hero, like the English language itself, shows the ever evolving nature of human language and society; and it's refreshing to be met with minds that seem such like mine in todays times, when in meeting many, it can feel like you're walking around land mines. I enjoyed the course. My HERO support, Ms. Kristine, was very helpful and answered my questions thoroughly. It was nice to know I had a personal support point of contact to reach out with my questions. My reason for taking this course was to gain more understanding of what it takes to be an EFL teacher.
