Highly recommend this online Mandarin program for anyone tackling their Mandarin/HSK journey. I reviewed a few online classes but really glad I ended up selecting Silk Mandarin. The standout feature for me was the course structure. The offline coursework is designed to directly support the live in-class activities, making learning incredibly effective. The online platform runs well and my teacher, Jane, was fantastic. She was patient, clear, and really knows how to keep you motivated!

I’ve signed up for the 1:1 classes that are done online and it’s been absolutely amazing. I had zero prior experience in Mandarin and I have to say I’m impressed with the results but also with the process. I have access to an online platform to prepare for my classes and do some work to revise what I’ve previously learned. That helps me get the most out of my 1:1 time with my teacher. She’s great at focusing with me on the areas where I need extra help but also provides amazing insights into Chinese daily life and culture. I really couldn’t ask for a better course, especially because Silk Mandarin is flexible enough to work around my schedule. I couldn’t recommend them more.
