Women Empowerment Program for the Women and Young Girls

In this program we work with women who live in slum area and comes from Below Poverty line families outskirts of Jaipur, in the desert state of Rajasthan. With the overall aim to educate and provide training for women who live in slums, and those who come from BPL (Below Poverty Line) families. Every day girls and women come to our center and here we teach them formal and informal education provide them vocational training etc..

Join a volunteer program targeted toward women from slum areas in the outskirts of Jaipur and those living below the poverty line. The overall aim is to provide them with formal and informal education as well as vocational training at our center. Specific activities include basic English reading and writing, language classes such as Spanish and French, Hindi, Mathematics, and Computer. We place an emphasis on English learning, with this language considered crucial in global communication and in bridging countries around the world. It is important for women in India to have confidence when taking part in global conversations.

We also offer life skills training in areas where they might find work and sustainable income. These include stitching, henna drawing, and cooking. With the development of new skills, they can start their own business and sustain the needs of their families.
