Shanghai Songjiang Kindergarten Position: Lead Homeroom Teacher Location: Songjiang District, Shanghai Start Date: August 2025 Job details and requirements: • Native English speaker from the US, UK, or Canada • 120-hour TEFL/TESOL teaching certificate • Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching • Salary: 18,000–20,000 RMB per month, plus free housing • Paid holidays: all government holidays, 5 days winter, 10 days summer • Health insurance included • Z visa (work visa) provided Responsibilities: • Teach English to K1–K3 students on a welcoming, homely campus located in Songjiang, a nature-rich area of Shanghai near lakes, mountains, and camping spots • Plan and deliver a developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration • Regularly assess student progress and maintain open communication with parents about achievements, behavior, and milestones
