Lead Homeroom Teacher – Shanghai Songjiang Kindergarten

Student Age Group: 2–6 years
Join a warm, nature-inspired campus in peaceful Songjiang, a suburban area of Shanghai known for its lakes, mountains, and outdoor charm. As Lead Homeroom Teacher for K1–K3 levels, you’ll guide young learners through their early education journey in a supportive, English-language environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Teaching English and leading classroom activities that foster children’s growth across cognitive, emotional, social, and physical areas
• Designing and delivering age-appropriate curriculum and lessons
• Creating an inclusive, engaging space where curiosity and creativity thrive
• Offering tailored support to ensure each child’s development and progress
Job Requirements:
• Native English speaker from the US, UK, or Canada
• TEFL/TESOL (120 hours) certification
• Energetic, passionate, and caring personality
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: 18,000–20,000 RMB/month + free housing
• Paid holidays: All Chinese public holidays, plus 5 winter and 10 summer days
• Health insurance
• Sponsored Z-Visa (work visa)
