High School ESL Teacher – Minhang District, Shanghai

Teach ESL to high school students in a well-resourced Shanghai school, focusing on fluency and core 21st-century skills.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging ESL lessons and adapt curriculum to student needs
• Foster communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity
• Work closely with ELA and drama teams
• Communicate student progress to parents
• Support or lead extracurricular activities each semester
• Assist with general school duties
Requirements:
• Native English speaker under age 40
• Bachelor’s or higher in Education, Linguistics, or related field
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, particularly with ESL students

• Ability to tailor teaching for diverse learners
• Strong classroom management
• Cultural sensitivity
• Proficiency with educational technology
