The Journalism and Graphic Art & Design departments invite you to join us as we travel to one of the most vibrant cultural and historical cities in the world, London, England! Hosted by Darleen Principe (Journalism) and James Van Arsdale (Graphic Art & Design), you'll study Visual Communication and Creative Thinking as you experience the epic history and vibrant art of London town. There are world famous museums, wondrous parks and gardens, great food and tea to be had, and of course the famous pubs. See some close-by destinations in the English countryside, and if you like, head to Paris for the weekend! You'll enjoy guided tours and print workshops as you stay in the city center for four weeks with us working on creative challenges and learning about communication.
Program Highlights
World-Class Museums – Explore the V&A, Tate Modern, and the Design Museum, featuring the special "Wes Anderson: The Archives" exhibition.
Historic & Natural Landmarks – Visit the Tower of London and stroll through the beautiful botanical gardens at Kew.
Creative East London – Guided street art & photography walking tour, plus a hands-on Risograph printing workshop.
Day Trip to Margate – Escape the city for a day exploring this charming seaside town on England's coast.
Immerse in British Culture – Live like a local: soak up London's daily rhythms, traditions, food, and neighborhoods throughout your stay.
