Salary & Compensation

Participants receive a competitive monthly salary beginning at approximately ¥215,000 JPY, with opportunities for increases based on placement and experience. In addition to salary, participants receive housing assistance, transportation reimbursement, national health insurance, and paid vacation in accordance with their employment contract.
