Volunteer Abroad with ReCoding Thailand

Based in Phuket Island, this placement supports youth education in low-income and refugee communities. Volunteers work alongside local educators to nurture students’ development through English literacy, performing arts, digital skills, and leadership—focusing on capacity building and long-term empowerment. Target Community: The program works with underserved children and youth (ages 3–17) from Burmese refugee communities in Phuket who face barriers to quality education. Despite their potential and motivation, limited resources restrict their opportunities and future prospects.
