Wildlife internship at ALERT
July 24, 2023by: RamsaiProgram: Wildlife Research Internship in Victoria Falls, ZimbabweMy internship at ALERT was like witnessing a rare and magical event, like a blue moon. It was a beautiful journey from start to finish, and I don't regret a single moment of it. I want to thank Hanna, Tanaka, and Tay for being there to help and guide me throughout the internship. They made my experience truly remarkable. During my time at ALERT, I learned a lot about birds, elephants, lions, hyenas, and other wildlife. I discovered the challenges these animals face, which is very different from what we see on TV or the internet. The reality in Africa is eye-opening. I highly recommend the Wildlife internship in Zimbabwe to everyone. It's an opportunity to learn about wildlife and understand the real facts about their conservation and the issues they are dealing with. Overall, my internship journey at ALERT was an amazing and unforgettable experience that I will cherish forever.
