Program Overview
Thailand is one of Asia's leading hospitality destinations and a global hub for luxury hotels, tourism, and international careers. Regent Hospitality specializes in paid hospitality internships across more than 30 partner hotel properties throughout the country, including Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Koh Samui, Chiang Mai, Hua Hin, and Krabi.
Designed for university students, graduates, and aspiring hospitality professionals, this program offers practical international experience in leading 4 and 5-star hotels and resorts. Internship placements are available in Front Office, Food and Beverage Service, Kitchen/Culinary, and Housekeeping departments.
Through an extensive hotel network and end-to-end support system, participants gain hands-on exposure to hotel operations, international guest service standards, and multicultural work environments. The program runs for 6 or 12 months and is ideal for those studying or who have graduated in Hospitality Management, Travel and Tourism, or Culinary Arts.

Yes. All our internship programs are paid. Interns receive monthly allowances ranging from THB 10,000 to 15,000 depending on the hotel, department, and internship location in Thailand.

Internship opportunities are available in the front office, food & beverage service, kitchen/culinary, and housekeeping departments within leading 4 and 5-star hotels.
Does Regent Hospitality provide visa support?
Yes. The host hotel provides the ED Visa supporting documents, while Regent Hospitality assists participants with visa application guidance, documentation support, and end-to-end assistance throughout the internship process.
