Praxis is an 8-month online career program for young adults who want an alternative to a four-year degree. Because it is fully online, you can complete the entire program from anywhere in the world, whether you are traveling, living abroad, or taking a gap year. The program runs in two phases. Incubate is a 6-week foundation where you learn to work independently, network authentically, and create value (about 10 hours a week). Accelerate is a roughly 6-month phase where you build in-demand skills across sales, marketing, operations, and customer success, work one-on-one with a mentor, and build a portfolio of real projects (about 20 hours a week). In the second half of Accelerate, you run a supported job search with warm introductions to employers in the Praxis hiring-partner network, plus coaching on resumes and interviews. It comes with a job offer guarantee for participants who are eligible to work in the US and willing to relocate within the US. Most participants are between 17 and 25. Incubate is $850 and Accelerate is $6,650, for $7,500 total, with new cohorts throughout the year.
