Praxis: Build Career Skills From Anywhere (Online Program)

Plan on about 10 hours a week during Incubate (phase one, 6 weeks) and about 20 hours a week during Accelerate (phase 2, 6 months). The program is built around one live workshop hosted on Zoom each week with self-directed work in between, so you can fit it around travel, a job, or other commitments.

You build skills across sales, marketing, operations, and customer success, the roles fast-growing companies hire for most. During Accelerate you develop a specialty and a portfolio of real projects, so you graduate ready to step into a paid role, not just holding a certificate.

Praxis works in two connected phases. Incubate is a 6-week foundation where you build the habits, mindset, and networking skills of a self-directed career. By demonstrating growth and engaging with the curriculum, you earn your path into Accelerate: the roughly 6-month phase where you build skills across sales, marketing, operations, and customer success, work with a mentor, create a portfolio of real projects, and run a supported job search.

New cohorts begin throughout the year, so you rarely wait long to start. You enroll in Incubate on the Praxis website to claim your spot, then begin with your cohort on the next start date. Check the site for upcoming dates.

Getting started is simple. There is no application for Incubate: if you are a young adult ready to build your career, you just enroll and pay the $850 fee to join the next cohort. From there, how you show up in Incubate becomes your application into Accelerate, so you earn your spot in the second phase through real participation, not paperwork.
