What is Praxis?
Praxis is an 8-month career program for young adults who want an alternative to a four-year degree. Instead of sitting through lectures, you build real, in-demand skills and step into a career sooner. It runs in two phases: Incubate, a 6-week online foundation, and Accelerate, a roughly 6-month phase of hands-on skill building and a supported job search.
How does the program work?
Praxis is fully online and built around live workshops. Incubate (6 weeks, about 10 hours a week) lays your professional foundation: working independently, networking authentically, and creating value. Accelerate (about 6 months, about 20 hours a week) is where you build skills across sales, marketing, operations, and customer success, work one-on-one with a mentor, and create a portfolio of real projects that proves what you can do.
Can I do Praxis while traveling or on a gap year?
Yes. Because Praxis is 100% online, you can complete the entire program from anywhere in the world. Many participants take it while traveling, living abroad, or on a gap year, so you can build career skills without putting your plans on hold. All you need is a laptop and an internet connection.
Will Praxis help me find a job?
Yes. In the second half of Accelerate you run a supported job search, with warm introductions to employers in our hiring-partner network plus coaching on resumes and interviews. It comes with a job offer guarantee: if you're eligible to work in the US and willing to relocate anywhere in the US, Praxis guarantees at least one job offer within 12 months of your Accelerate start, or a full refund of your Accelerate tuition.
What does it cost, and who is it for?
Most participants are between 17 and 25: recent high school graduates, students rethinking college, and early-career young adults who want momentum now. Incubate is $850 and Accelerate is $6,650, for $7,500 total. You enroll in Incubate to get started, with no application required, and new cohorts begin throughout the year.
