Peace for Development Refugees Initiative (PDRI) is looking for a committed volunteer to support our Peace Center Project in Kakuma Refugee Camp. We strongly encourage volunteers from the United States, as the role involves close communication with the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi, but volunteers from other regions outside Africa are also welcome. The volunteer will visit Kakuma to meet PDRI leaders, community leaders (including women, youth, and faith leaders), and Peace Center representatives. You will help listen to community concerns, especially challenges caused by reduced humanitarian funding, and share these insights with embassies.
