We are seeking a Programme Coordinator to oversee our Huanchaco Education & Learning Programme (HELP) and manage partnerships. Key tasks include supporting Project Coordinators with planning and resources, monitoring project quality, maintaining and developing partnerships, aligning activities across projects, leading weekly review meetings, liaising with the Site Coordinator and assisting with fundraising. Volunteers give around 25 hours per week and may join the delivery of HELP projects. The role offers valuable NGO and international development experience, plus an immersive cultural stay in the surf town of Huanchaco. Available as an internship with added mentorship.
