Leadership & Project Oversight Take a lead role supporting multiple education projects, gaining real experience in programme coordination within an NGO.
Partnership Management Work directly with local community partners, maintaining strong relationships and helping develop new collaborations.
Team Coaching Experience Guide and mentor HELP Project Coordinators, building practical skills in leadership, teamwork and communication.
Strategic Impact Monitor project effectiveness, align activities across programmes and contribute ideas to strengthen OCN’s overall impact.
