Fashion & Design Internship

Our Generation Voluntary Organisation offers internship opportunities in Ghana for those interested in Fashion and Design. As fashion designers, interns will be introduced to fashion houses where they can learn and upgrade themselves. Interns will have the opportunity to test their career interests, gain experience, and realize long and short-term goals. OGVO partners with highly respected fashion studios that offer courses to local students, as well as design emerging traditional African fashion and clothing using local textiles, such as Real Wax Print and Wooden, which distinguish the features of the African traditional and international outfits. Activities will depend largely on the interns' experience but may include helping design different collections of unique African outfits for models, such as traditional wear, beachwear, formal wear, and evening wear. They may also have the opportunity to attend colorful fashion shows and visit garment-producing companies.
