by: Our Generation Voluntary Organisation

Add first reviewSince 2004

Ghana is a bird watcher's paradise, with approximately 800 of Africa's 1300 bird species—a staggering figure considering the country occupies only 1.25 percent of Africa's total land mass. Join OGVO Bird Watching Tours and experience the excitement of exploring a few of Africa’s undiscovered jewels! Witness an African hippo on a river safari, see a large collection of butterflies, and catch an African elephant herd passing right in front of you! Get the chance to sit on an African crocodile at Paga—if you dare! Gain wonderful and amazing experiences by diving into Ghana’s culture, ecology, and history. A Bird Watching trip is ideal for university students, alumni groups, religious groups, fraternities and sororities, friends, families, or community service groups—in short, everyone!
