Program Overview

Become an au pair in Germany and experience everyday life with a German host family while improving your language skills, discovering a new culture, and gaining valuable childcare experience.

My Family Au Pair connects responsible and caring young people with carefully selected host families throughout Germany. Our team supports you from your initial application to your arrival and throughout your time as an au pair.

After reviewing your application, we invite suitable candidates to an interview and introduce them to host families matching their experience, personality, and expectations. Once you have chosen a family, we guide you through preparing your Au Pair contract, visa documents, and embassy appointment. We also provide practical information to help you prepare for life in Germany.

After your arrival, we remain available to answer questions, assist with cultural differences, and mediate if challenges arise with your host family. Applying through My Family Au Pair is free of charge for au pairs.

Aupair

My name is Tasnim Gali, and I am a 20-year-old from Agaro, Ethiopia. I am writing to express my genuine excitement and interest in becoming your next au pair. I recently graduated from high school, and I am ready and eager to bring my deep love for children to your home. My Practical Childcare ExperienceFor the past 4 years, I have been heavily involved in raising my own family. I have actively helped raise my two brothers and my baby sister. Because of this experience, childcare is a daily part of my life. I am very comfortable taking care of babies, managing the schedules of older kids, and maintaining a patient, loving, and safe environment.Managing Daily Routines and Homeworkl am fully prepared to handle the daily tasks that keep a household running smoothly. Every day, I help my siblings with all of their homework, making sure they understand their lessons and stay on track with school. I also help with preparing meals, organizing creative playtime, and keeping things tidy. You can count on me to be a reliable, responsible, and structured support system for your children. Why I Want to Be Your Au PairNow that I have completed high school, I want to take this next step to grow independently, experience your culture, and share my own beautiful Ethiopian traditions and warmth with a new family. I know how much trust it takes to welcome someone into your home, and I promise to care for your children with the same dedication, patience, and love that I give to my own brothers and sister.Thank you so much for reading my letter and considering my application. I would love the chance to speak with you on a video call to learn more about your wonderful family. Warm regards, Tasnim Gali
