Maximo Nivel’s Hospitality & Tourism Internships in Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Peru place you behind the scenes at small local businesses like boutique hotels, travelers’ hostels, restaurants, tourism operators, travel agencies, and more, giving you career-defining hands-on experience abroad.

As an intern, you work with business owners and local professionals to help improve their companies and expand their capacity to market to and serve international clients.

Internships can be customized, but usually focus on specific areas such as Marketing, Sales & Client Service, or Operations.

Interns can get transferable academic credit for this program through Maximo Nivel’s official School of Record.

While Spanish is not required for the Hospitality & Tourism internship in Latin America, all interns have access to Maximo’s immersive Spanish classes. Developing your language skills can give you a valuable advantage in your future hospitality career.
