Program Highlights

Coach sailingand/or rowing on the South Atlantic Ocean at an IOC-UNESCO Blue School where ocean literacy is embedded into the curriculum and the culture.
Work with students who already have foundations — your role is to build on real skills and push a motivated cohort to the next level
Run weekend sessions and organise water sports events that create genuine, lasting experiences for the young people of Luderitz.
Contribute beyond the water — extracurricular activities, sports sessions, and community programmes make this a truly varied internship.
Live in a unique environment where the Namib Desert meets the South Atlantic — one of the world's most dramatic coastal settings, right outside your door.
