Our internship programme is designed for young adults who want to give back, gain experience, and grow as leaders. As an intern, you’ll become part of the life of the Lüderitz Blue School—helping run projects, supporting our staff, and even taking the lead in clubs or extracurricular activities. You might help deliver sports sessions, organise cultural events, mentor younger students, or contribute to our environmental and community programmes. Life here isn’t just about work.
