International TEFL and TESOL

Pursuing the 120-Hour TESOL/TEFL certification was one of the best decisions I made on my journey toward becoming a professional English language instructor. The course was more than just an academic program—it was a deep, hands-on exploration of what it truly means to teach English in a global and multicultural context. From the beginning, I was impressed by the structured layout of the modules. Each lesson introduced key teaching concepts, followed by real-world classroom scenarios and reflection-based activities. I learned how to create engaging lesson plans, manage classrooms of varying sizes and abilities, and effectively teach the four core language skills—reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

I am very grateful that I made the right decision to take this course. Teaching English as a Second Language was never my forte. Never in my wildest dreams did I see myself teaching English, as I am a numbers person I love Math. But as I went through my dashboard and explored the course modules, a spark of interest began to ignite in me. When I started studying, I realized that even though I’ve been teaching for a long time, I was fascinated by the details of how to properly teach beginners. The teaching styles, approaches, and motivations presented were well-suited to my learners something I had never fully realized before. It gave me a sense of satisfaction and a deeper understanding that there is always room to improve my teaching skills.

I really enjoyed the level 5 course. I already have teaching experience but this course taught me new things that I never knew about. I also appreciated the help I received for job support. I hope to be working in Thailand very soon.
