The course provides a good refresher on the basics of the English language and then turns its focus to providing everything you need to get started teaching English to foreign learners. The layout is very good and allows you to read through a few lessons, even if you have as little as 20 minutes to spare in your day! Great for someone starting out who may be employed and looking to change career. As long as you can spare maybe a half and hour here and there every week you can complete this course easily

The course is very thorough and presented in a way that even if you are a non native speaker studying to teach English it is understandable. Multiple explanations and examples are presented alongside the material so there is little room for confusion. The material can seem a bit heavy especially if you are not used to using the methods presented- if this is the case independent research and reading is quite necessary. The response team to help tickets are speedy and on track with the aid provided. If you are looking to get a TEFL certificate I highly recommend doing it through this platform.

This TESOL course was really interesting, informative, and very well prepared. It was a really nice experience to take this course. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot. For example, I learned a lot on the section about online teaching about the equipment and the most appropriate approaches. I also learned many new things about lesson plans that I am thinking about putting into practice as soon as possible. Everything that I learned has been very useful in teaching others. For instance, when I used the TPR to teach my little daughter I saw her smiling and repeating. All in all it was an outstanding course. Thank you very much!

This is a great programme and I definitely learned a lot of strategies and methods from it. It is very professional and resourceful. It is very strategy-building oriented. The lecturer also provides personal examples which make it much easier to comprehend and to build my own planning. The course is very much self-paced as well. You can take it whenever you want. There are also plenty of links that you can find from the readings to help you develop your own style. I would recommend taking this course.

The 168-hour TEFL courses is fully loaded with teaching strategies, lesson planning design and approaches. It truly prepared me for the real battle in the TEFL world! The quiz for every module was very challenging and refreshing. I don't have any regret for enrolling at ITT.

I just finish my certification course, and it feels great!!!, this course has more than what I was expecting, I learned so many things, and I feel totally ready to start teaching, I highly recommend it, each stage of the course has excellent content. I want to thank my tutor for all her feedback and support and the extra resources. There are a lot of advantages of online learning, and this course provides enough time to complete at your own pace from the comfort of your house

It was a great experience! All the information given was complete; also, the techniques for teaching the English Language to non-native students both overseas and in an online classroom environment filled all my expectations. I recommend this program because it increases the teachers' knowledge in developing the students' skills in different ways.

Support before, during and TEFL is what I received from ITT. The admissions counselor was attentive to my inquiries. I never felt "pressured" to sign up with the school. Once I began my classes, I received swift and valuable feedback from my instructor helping me to understand points I could improve upon in my lesson planning. Since receiving my TEFL, I have been able to reach out to my counselor for continued support directly while the school has endeavored to grow and support its ever growing alumni. I've not ever felt alone in the TEFL journey or using my TEFL certification.

I really enjoyed this course, it was everything I expected and more. Nothing to complain about and would highly recommend it. It involved a lot of thinking out the box and also learnt a lot of things I really didn’t know but needed to know. This course however could be challenging in the beginning for those that didn’t see themselves teaching but once you get the hang of it it’s really okay and doable. Enjoy it and have fun with it because really you have nothing to loose, only gaining knowledge really. If you doubting the course , I’m telling you - go for it ! You won’t understand the feeling of knowing more then what you thought you already knew. All the best if you take this journey!

It has in depth knowledge of the English language teaching concepts .The course has helped me to teach and guide my learners in the correct way .The various learning materials which they advised to use have provided to be beneficial in teaching .I also noticed that it gave me the confidence to approach non English speakers.Its really worth taking and one can never go wrong in partaking this course .It has opened doors for me and I really recommend this course to everyone considering to teach English !!!

I really loved being able to be apart of this program. I feel this program has really equipped me to be able to effectively teach overseas. I'm excited to be able to use the skills this program has taught me, to have an influence in teaching English to others. I have always wanted to teach others English as ESL teachers have played a huge role in my life in teaching me English. This program really equips students with the tools necessary to teach, and pour into the lives of others.

Really can't fault the course at all. Easy to work through each lesson, the software was very user friendly, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Not sure what else to say - if you're looking for a great TEFL course, here it is!

It was the first time I completed an online course and I was really afraid that I would fail because you’re basically doing it by yourself, however, itt provided copious amounts of support in the form of online tutors as well as resources. The assignments had its challenges, however, itt provided model assignments as well as many links to information which made it a lot easier to complete the assignments. I would highly recommend doing this course through itt.

I have been teaching for a few years now, I had very little training when I started, so I was looking to get certified while also improving my teaching skills. This course had everything I was looking for, international recognition, a great program that challenged me and taught me many things that will be useful from now on. It is not only about grammar, but about understanding how people learn, how to best prepare a class depending on your students, how to use materials adequately and so much more. I enjoyed the process and had great support when I needed it. I definitely recommend it !

The course is very thorough. Provides great tips for applying to your teaching job, if you are currently working with students. The course is not overly long or overly difficult, and it is internationally certified. Overall, a good experience.

I am pleased with this course as after I finished it my knowledge of teaching has become better. There are many useful examples in all the lessons that I learnt. The price is good and lessons are sometimes not very easy as might expect so it is good to pay attention and not to rush. The way it was made is good because I did not get bored easily and sometimes with studying courses online it can be hard to focus. Most of the time I was able to study a few hours each day and finished before 2 weeks. If you did the lessons fast I am sure you can finish sooner but I like to make sure I understand fully each part. I would tell my friends and other people only all good things about this course and am happy that I completed it.

I had a fun, simple time getting TEFL certified through ITT's online TEFL course. The material was easy to access, simple to follow along with, and helpfully summarized by unit tests to check students' understanding of course content. I especially enjoyed the helpful examples of teaching methods and tools to use in the classroom that were provided with each unit lesson. 10/10 would recommend this course to friends and acquaintances! I started traveling this year, and I realised that teaching English is something that I really would like to do. So I went on to research the best way I can get a TEFL certificate and I found ITT. I took the 120 hour course and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. It made me more confident and capable of sharing my love and knowledge to students who are learning English. Their staff is always ready to help too!

I didn't know what to expect through this course, but I was pleasantly surprised at how user-friendly and engaging the content was. As a beginner in all things teaching, I felt nervous and many times inadequate. A great thing about this course is it gives many possible and likely scenarios that will be faced in the classroom, and now that I am made aware, I can proceed with the best course of action. For those who are new like I was (and am), don't feel rushed to finish ASAP; create a healthy and efficient pace for yourself so that you can make the most of this course and become successful in your teaching journey. The content comes with quizzes and projects to truly test your knowledge, and it will equip you with the right tools to be comfortable in the classroom.

TEFL certification was a requirement for most of the jobs I was looking at so I did some research and found ITT. I was really happy with everything that was presented on the course. I was a total beginner, basically all I can do is speak English but I had no idea how to teach it. This course really helped me understand how to plan proper lessons. I learn by seeing/doing and the thing I really liked was the video component. I'm not sure how many hours of observed classes there were, but it was a LOT, probably more than what I would have observed in person. I also had to write lesson plans in order to pass the course. I'd recommend the course for anyone who wants to feel prepared to teach. Now I know how to plan lessons, handle the major grammar points and do some classroom management. Highly recommended.
