I'm from the US but live in Chili and wanted to work here full time. After finishing my TESOL course ITT put me in touch with a school in Santiago. I received prompt, helpful answers when I had questions about the program and follow up support. Job hunt resources are helpful. The coursework gave me ideas for lesson plans and curriculum delivery options that I could immediately apply in my classes. This course has given me a good foundation for my ESL teaching career overseas. The discussion of education philosophies and the essay assignment helped me to prepare for a job interview because I was able to speak knowledgeably on preferred instruction delivery styles and my own reasons for teaching ESL as a second career.
