Who is this course designed for?
The course is open to beginners, fashion students, and professionals interested in designing and creating finished garments. Three levels are available (Beginner, Advanced, Professional), allowing participants to enroll based on their previous experience and technical skills.
Do I need a fashion background to enroll?
No experience is required for the Basic level. However, for the Advanced and Professional levels, a basic knowledge of drawing and tailoring is required to fully benefit from the pattern development and collection creation exercises.
What skills will I gain from this course?
Students will learn how to create paper patterns, sew, and master the basics of tailoring. They will also explore the use of color, develop fundamental drawing skills, and design a mini collection, including individual garments.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?
Yes, participants receive a Certificate of Attendance from Istituto di Moda Burgo upon successful completion of the Fashion Design course.
