Fashion Design Course

Istituto di Moda Burgo was created to transform our students into real fashion artists. Thus, we show them how to balance their imagination with the needs of a professional workplace. Becoming a stylist means being able to express a concept and bring it to life in fashion. Hence, it’s necessary to familiarize oneself with fabrics, coloring techniques, and the tailoring process to give form to an idea, knowing that one can realize it. For this reason, we offer a course that combines three relevant programs: Fashion Designer, Professional Tailoring, and Sartorial Pattern Maker. It also includes InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop—all fundamental tools in creating technical drawings and portfolios, as well as artistic embroidery and draping with stylists who have worked for global names such as Valentino and Dolce & Gabbana. At the end of the course, our students emerge as skilled stylists, equipped with the expertise necessary to oversee the entire production cycle, from the creative process to garment manufacture.
