Built for pre-radiology and pre-health students, this program places you in radiology departments where X-ray, ultrasound, CT, and other imaging studies support diagnosis and treatment. You’ll observe how imaging requests are triaged, how technologists prepare patients, and how radiation safety protocols are applied in busy settings. Because radiation use is tightly regulated, interns are strictly observational. However, you may assist with workflow tasks, such as patient transport, room turnover, and basic non-clinical support, under supervision.
