I really enjoyed my internship as I have gained new skills in Warehouse Operations and Management which makes me more employable in the NZ job market. This internship has helped me to open new career oportunities in the logistics industry.

My favorite aspect of this program is to allow me to work and play a sport internationally, and explore new things in New Zealand. I really like the work-life balance. It is worthwhile to learn and break through obstacles by doing realistic work. I received a few key areas that benefit and teach me in research skills: governance, administration, and performance. Having research skills including governance, administration, and performance, I can obtain and enhance my marketability to any employer, not just it, but allow me to view different dimensions from a low administrative level to an authoritative level. Additionally, I joined the club and played rugby. It makes so much sense what I learn from my internship.

During my internship at my internship, several aspects of the programme stood out as particularly rewarding and impactful. Supportive Team Environment: The welcoming and collaborative atmosphere there made it easy to ask questions and seek guidance. Team members were approachable and invested in my learning, which helped me feel like I was a valued part of the organisation from the start. Overall, this internship has equipped me with a solid foundation of practical skills and professional habits that will be invaluable as I move forward in my career. I am very satisfied with the service provided during my internship. The team was supportive, the environment was welcoming, and the programme was well-structured.

My favourite aspects of the programme are exposure to real projects and the opportunity to apply my knowledge in a professional setting. The supportive mentorship and constructive feedback provided made the whole learning experience engaging, which I'm really thankful for. Overall, these all helped me improve and gain the confidence I needed. I benefited from this internship by gaining valuable on-the-job experience, understanding the workflow, how different disciplines coordinate on projects, and improving my skills and knowledge. I really enjoy the work I’m doing in my internship, as it aligns well with my academic background and the direction I’d like to pursue in the future. I have learned how to read and interpret solar system drawings, deploy wireless communication systems, and integrate them effectively with solar PV systems. I have also strengthened my problem-solving skills through hands-on experience.

One of my favourite aspects of the internship programme at the internship was the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a professional technology services environment. The internship allowed me to observe and participate in the coordination of projects related to AV, IT, and automation systems, which gave me valuable insight into how technology integration companies manage their daily operations. Another aspect I particularly appreciated was learning about the workflow of service coordination. I was able to see how tasks and service requests were created, assigned, and monitored, and how technicians were dispatched to client sites when issues occurred. Observing these processes helped me understand the importance of communication, scheduling, and accurate information management in ensuring that projects and service calls run smoothly. I also enjoyed working with the team and experiencing the collaborative culture within the organisation. The staffs were supportive and willing to share their knowledge, which helped me learn about different roles within the company, including project managers, technicians, and administrative staff. This exposure helped me understand how different departments work together to deliver technology solutions and services to clients. Another favourite aspect of the programme was the opportunity to develop professional skills such as communication, organisation, and problem-solving. Through observing meetings, managing records, and assisting with coordination tasks, I gained a better understanding of how business operations function in a real workplace environment. Finally, the internship provided valuable learning about the importance of efficiency in service operations. I was able to identify areas where workflows could be improved, particularly in relation to task management and information flow between systems. This experience helped me connect theoretical knowledge from my studies with practical workplace applications. Overall, the internship programme was a valuable learning experience because it allowed me to develop practical workplace skills, gain industry exposure, and better understand how technology service organisations operate in New Zealand.

My favourite aspects of the programme was its working environment and very supportive and friendly staff and owner. They provided me with everything I wanted to learn and know. I was granted limited access to their system for more understanding of their business segments. Overall, the internship provided an excellent balance of learning, professional development, and teamwork. skills you have learnt. This internship has been an invaluable learning experience that has enhanced both my professional and personal development. I have gained a deeper understanding of financial operations, data analysis, and business decision-making within a real corporate environment. I have also developed key skills including analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication. Additionally, working in a dynamic media company has improved my adaptability, time management, and ability to work under deadlines. This internship has been a truly rewarding experience for me. Coming in with zero knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics, I have gained valuable hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of how warehousing functions. I have learned key skills such as inward and outward goods processing, inventory management, and using warehouse management systems. Additionally, I have developed problem-solving skills, improved my attention to detail, and enhanced my ability to collaborate with different teams. This experience has given me greater confidence in applying my knowledge to real-world logistics challenges. My experience with the agency has been very positive, especially with Theresa, who handled my case with great professionalism and support. She was always responsive, helpful, and ensured a smooth process for me. At this stage, I don’t have any major suggestions for improvement, as everything was well-managed. However, continuing to provide the same level of personalised support and clear communication to future interns would be beneficial. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of this internship program. It has been an invaluable learning experience that allowed me to gain hands-on knowledge in warehouse operations and logistics. The support from the team, especially across Inwards Goods, Outwards Goods, and the office, made a significant impact on my learning journey. I really enjoyed working independently and bringing all of my skills to the table. I felt that my placement was an excellent fit for my strengths and interests, and it provided me with excellent learning opportunities along the way.

I appreciated the staff's dedication to finding me the best possible internship. They took the time to understand what exactly I wanted. Everything was handled in reasonable time frames. The staff at the school were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I was able to do everything I needed for my school's requirements. I was able to take a lot of initiative and get a lot of experience doing what I love. I got to work with a range of children with different needs and hone in on my ability to support ESL students, students with disabilities, etc.

I knew more about research and development of concept note. I learnt how to write proposal or concept paper and other basic field works.. This type of internship would be beneficial to those who came from overseas and wanted to learn further. It acts as a bridge between the university and other job companies.

One of the best parts about the program was how easy and quick it was to get an internship through Internnzoz. Within just a week of signing up, my manager got in touch with me about an opportunity that suited me. It was really fast and efficient. This internship has been incredibly beneficial for me. It has significantly improved my employability by giving me a first hand experience of working in a professional environment. Before this internship, I had never worked in such a setting, so it was a great learning experience. One of the most important things I learned was how to collaborate and work effectively in a team. Additionally, it strengthened my technical skills as I got to work on real projects. Specifically, my proficiency in Power BI and R language became much stronger. Moreover, I acquired new skills by learning how to use tools like Figma for wireframing Power BI reports. Overall, this internship has not only boosted my employability but also enhanced my technical abilities significantly. My internship experience was incredibly beneficial. It provided me with invaluable exposure to a professional work environment, where I learned essential teamwork and collaboration skills. Working on real projects significantly improved my technical expertise, particularly in Power BI and R language. Moreover, mastering tools like Figma for wireframing Power BI reports added to my skill set. Overall, this internship greatly enhanced my employability and technical capabilities.

I was able to learn how to write in a more business format, in addition to being involved in the distribution and production of various programs! I feel that my understanding of work style/ best work practices has evolved and I now know how I work best ( working in person or virually for example). The skills I have gained strech from writing abilities, scheduling, marketing, and more!

Intern NZ helped me getting a suitable international internship in a related field of my study. They also helped me to get a good accommodation and organizing all of that. Also they helped me to get a good orientation time in the beginning of the internship. They are very friendly and supportive. Before the internship - getting help with getting a suitable interview - getting a good accommodation - getting orientation documents and a meeting before the internship started (also what to do on the weekend...) During the internship: - getting regular e-mails whether everything is ok - having someone i can rely on and ask if problems would appear. - meeting other interns from other countries and doing stuff with them during the week or on the weekend. At the internship: - having a kind and good supervisor and friendly coworkers and a kind boss. - having not to much stress at work and having enough time to learn new skills and complete tasks. - getting international working experience, living in another country, making new connections, growing as a person. - getting more practical experience in my field of study and working on a cool project
