The IEC Working Holidays process can be daunting when you are first researching it. It is rare that you have a customer service experience that feels so special it makes you want to go out of your way to get other people to experience it. It is even harder to make a customer experience feel special when there no face to face interaction, but Ashley from interexchange seemed to have no problem at all. From the jump she was responsive, helpful, and kind. Whenever I had a question or concern about the process she either answered it thoroughly, or pointed me in the direction of someone who could. Deadlines are super important when it comes to visas as well as attention to detail and these guys know their craft!
