Founded in 1993, Intercultura Costa Rica Spanish Schools aims to provide the highest quality of Spanish language and cultural immersion programs for all ages, nationalities, and Spanish proficiency levels. Intercultura has two custom-designed campuses at two key locations in Costa Rica, Samara - tranquil beach town and Heredia - historic university city.
Intercultura Costa Rica offers students the opportunity to learn and live the Spanish language and Costa Rican culture through our different activities and programmes. The school is known for its outstanding academic quality and the only language school in Costa Rica recognized by the United Nation's Global Compact. Intercultura was also chosen by Duke, UNC, University of Connecticut and many others for study abroad programmes.
Participants inclined in learning the Spanish language may choose from the variety of offered programs and levels. Students will be exposed to conversation-focused, dynamic, and interactive Spanish classes with a maximum of six students per class.
Intercultura Costa Rica helps students be more comfortable with the language through exposing students to different cultural activities and immersions. Students learn Latin dance, yoga, cooking, and can choose to stay with local families to fully understand the language and the everyday life of locals outside school.
