You will take on the role of a line cook, working under the guidance and mentoring of an Executive Chef. You will also take care of responsibilities under the direction of a kitchen brigade. Your position involves learning consistency, speed, and technique in culinary arts. You have to be highly motivated and capable of understanding proper techniques for preparing food to carry out tasks effectively and efficiently.

During the first few weeks, brush up quickly on given recipes. This way, you will guarantee efficient command in the kitchen while handling kitchen equipment with expertise and managing food waste. As a note, this six-week to 13-week placement may entail weekend or holiday shifts.
