We offer project locations throughout Costa Rica, and depending on the season, we will place you in a project where you'll be able to help out the most. We collaborate with Costa Rican turtle conservation organizations with years of experience with volunteers and sea turtle conservation. They are in urgent need of more help! Turtle eggs are being poached in Costa Rica and sold illegally on the black market. There are also many other natural dangers for the turtles, like stray dogs or wild animals digging up the nests.
