Through immersive campaigns with medical professionals in vision screening, physical and occupational therapy, and dental health education, we'll explore topics related to healthcare access in rural areas and how the fields of medicine and public health intersect to contribute to healthy communities. You'll also experience Costa Rica's rich culture and biodiversity through dance, cooking classes, and more. Immerse yourself in history during a city tour, conquer a volcano hike, learn to catch a wave during a surf lesson, and explore the wonders of a vibrant national park teeming with wildlife.

During the trip I not only learned about different cultures, but I meet so many awesome new people. The other students I meet on this trip, I still talk to often. This trip allowed me to take into consideration what future careers I may be interested in. The staff were amazing and made the experience so much better. I would recommend this trip to everyone.
