School Teaching Assistant

As a volunteer in our school project, you will teach children aged 3–15 at Yikene Primary School in Bolga. Volunteers may choose from English Language, Arithmetic, or ICT—our most popular subjects. You will work under the supervision of a trained teacher, with class sizes ranging from 20 to 35 students. We encourage volunteers to bring creativity to make lessons lively and engaging. Through this project, you will learn how to relate with school children, manage a class, understand how lessons are conducted in Ghana, and carry out class assessments.
