Salary & Compensation
Participants receive a stipend or other forms of compensation, such as wages or salary, for the purpose of offsetting their living expenses while participating in their exchange visitor program. If the stipend does not meet $2,000 per month, the program applicants are required to show proof of personal savings, grant, or a scholarship to offset the difference.
