Every single employee and person here in Costa Rica has been so warm and welcoming! The food and service were amazing and in addition I felt very safe and every trip was very organized throughout the entire trip!
I would be very likely to recommend CIEE Study Abroad to another student or friend. Although my time with CIEE Monteverde was short (3 weeks for J-Term), I have loved my time here and all the people I have met, and I could not have asked for anything else in a study abroad program.
CIEE Monteverde has created such an amazing community. I loved how everyone in the program is from a different place and has a different background, yet leaving here it feels like I have known my peers for forever. I cannot stress how much fun I have had with my peers but also with the staff here. They go above and beyond to get to know each student individually and create a personal connection with everyone here. I am leaving this experience with dozens of new friends across the country and am already planning on visiting them in the near future!
