I would be likely to recommend CIEE Study Abroad to a friend or peer because I have really enjoyed my study abroad experience. CIEE Study Abroad programs have so many interesting and enjoyable activities that help students engage in learning and immerse them into the culture of the country they are studying abroad in.
This was an amazing experience that was extremely comfortable. There was a lot of guidance while providing time for independent travel and exploration of the host country. While our particular program didn't have a host stay, we were still able to meet members of the community.
I would recommend CIEE study abroad to a friend or peer because the experience helped me grow as an individual. I also enjoyed my summer with wonderful students, inspiring professors, all while obtaining college credit.
This was one of the best experiences of my life and I would trade it for nothing. You are totally emerged in nature and living in wilderness. The academics are demanding and there is a lot of studying that goes on.
