Program Highlights

Enjoy a number of excursions to Jordan’s archaeological, historical, and natural wonders as well as visits that may include exploring biblical Jordan or hiking in a Middle Eastern forest.

Participate in co-curricular activities such as site visits to local NGOs, international donors, and other cultural activities to enrich your experiences.

Immerse yourself in Jordanian culture and learn some colloquial Jordanian Arabic.

Have the option of living with a Jordanian host family or in an apartment with other CIEE program participants—all housing options are a 20 to 40-minute commute to CIEE Amman.
