A Transformative Experience

September 08, 2024by: Abraham K.Program: CIEE Summer Ghanaian Studies in Legon, Ghana

I would definitely recommend CIEE to friends and peers. The program has been a transformative experience for me. As an African, it has given me knowledge about my own continent — my people and culture — which I had never heard before or learned about. And for anyone interested in getting a global experience, CIEE is the place to look.

I think this program was set up well, I like the way the cultural activities were presented and I feel like I learned so much about Ghana. I really like that we got to visist multiple regions and didn't just stay in Accra
