Immerse yourself in a historic cultural landscape where ancient heritage intersects with dense dry-zone forests. Located within a vibrant wildlife sanctuary and a UNESCO World Heritage site, the CES Sigiriya Field Base directly borders the renowned Minneriya-Giritale Nature Reserve. Here, interns work directly on the frontlines of tropical conservation, studying how ancient human civilizations and modern wildlife systems coexist in a rapidly changing world.

No prior field experience is strictly required. However, a strong work ethic, adaptability to rustic field conditions, and a deep passion for the natural world are all that you need!
