We are a non-profit organization with the mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and release as many animals as possible back into the wild. We are also on a main route to many touristic destinations, such as Tamarindo, Playa Conchal, and Flamingo.
Every year, we receive many volunteers at our institution. Volunteers play a vital role in caring for the animals and maintaining the sanctuary.
We provide them with a unique life experience in Costa Rica, surrounded by wildlife and the Pura Vida lifestyle.
Volunteers help us by preparing animal diets, making enrichment, do some gardening and general maintenance of the sanctuary. Depending on the volunteer's experience and skills, they can also assist...
