Translation Project Management Intern

We are seeking a Translation Project Manager Intern to gain hands-on experience in the language services industry. This full-time internship lasts 6–12 months and may be completed remotely or on-site.

Interns will receive training in translation project management, client relations, workflow coordination, and business operations. They will learn to use industry-standard tools such as Trados, Adobe InDesign, machine translation platforms, QuickBooks, and our proprietary translator database.

Responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, coordinating translators and desktop publishing specialists, tracking project progress, issuing purchase orders, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on schedule. Interns will also review completed translations to verify quality and compliance with client instructions.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and possesses strong written and verbal English communication skills. This internship provides valuable exposure to the complete project lifecycle and offers practical experience in a fast-paced international business environment.
