Accounting Department Intern

We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator Intern to join our accounting team and gain hands-on experience in a growing international business. This internship is available for 6 to 12 months and may be completed either remotely or on-site.

The intern will support various accounting functions, including accounts receivable and payable, account reconciliations, chart of accounts reviews, purchase orders, vendor and client communications, year-end closing activities, financial projections, and other related tasks. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.

We prefer candidates who are currently studying Accounting, Finance, or a related field. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, numerically strong, highly organized, and eager to learn. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, solid computer proficiency, and the ability to follow directions effectively are essential.

Experience with accounting software is a plus. Our team uses QuickBooks alongside several other systems, including a proprietary database, providing interns with valuable exposure to real-world business operations and accounting processes.
