All Hands and Hearts provides community-inspired, volunteer-powered disaster relief. With the frequency and intensity of disasters on the rise around the globe, there's an urgent need for a more thoughtful approach to how we respond and help impacted communities recover. When a disaster strikes, All Hands and Hearts arrives early and stays late to address the immediate and long-term needs of vulnerable communities. We work alongside the local leaders and deploy our unique volunteer model to enable direct impact — helping families and communities recover by building safe, resilient schools, homes, and other community infrastructure. Thanks to passionate volunteers, donors, and partners, we've provided nearly 20 years of disaster relief support to over 1.3 million people.
Program Highlights
Receive support from our Volunteer Coordination Team, ensuring that you’re fully prepared and trained.
Undergo on-site construction training, with tools and equipment provided, which means previous construction experience isn’t required to volunteer with us.
Meet like-minded people from around the world committed to giving back to a community in need.

Great people, good work and a fantastic organisation

The people (both staff and volunteers) are a fabulous mix and the local communities are a delight to be a part of. I've volunteered with All Hands & Hearts on three different occasions in three different countries (so far) and have loved every second of my time on site and on base.
I will never forget.

I made wonderful friends. I truly felt like we were making an impact. I was seen as a human by the staff who allowed me to use my passion for photography to help make an impact and that changed my life. I made this video!
