Grounded in the educational philosophy of AFS Intercultural Programs, the program combines homestays, guided exploration, dialogue, and reflective learning. Students will examine the legacy of Meriwether Lewis and William Clark across the region that includes the Columbia River Gorge, Portland, Vancouver, and Astoria.
