Intern Abroad in Zambia with African Impact
Program Overview
In the heart of southern Africa, Zambia offers more than just iconic landscapes and adrenaline-filled adventures — it's a place where meaningful change and professional growth go hand in hand. Interning in Livingstone, a culturally rich town near the mighty Victoria Falls, places you in the center of grassroots development work. Whether you're pursuing a career in medicine, public health, education, or social justice, this program gives you the chance to build practical skills while contributing to long-term community progress.
Internships are available year-round and typically start on Mondays, giving you the flexibility to choose a start date that fits your schedule. You’ll stay in a shared volunteer house located at the well-equipped Victoria Falls Backpackers, just a short walk from town. While your weekdays are focused on impactful work, your weekends are free for safari drives, river adventures, and cultural excursions. With the guidance of experienced staff and a supportive environment, you’ll grow professionally while creating lasting memories in one of Africa’s most inspiring destinations.
