What inspired you to work for Chipkoo?
The skill transformation and the heavy focus they put on their interns to ensure no hierarchical management and team members are people at its core. The edutech company is at its core.
Why do you do what you do?
To become a factor in a big business or be responsible for managing a building or business society. Typically, I want to initiate and look for my own entrepreneurial opportunities and learn about the necessities to start one.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Learning quickly how to achieve deadlines without having to hassle someone or annoy them. The happiest time for me was sales managing a remote internship program. My highlight was the day that I was welcomed for onboarding. And innovative techniques to manage time were my asset. I was impressed that I was organized.
What challenges do you often face and how do you overcome them?
Challenges for me are Answering to my line manager, keeping a mentee check, and reporting to the remote internship program. However, the skill transformation and the heavy focus they put on their interns to ensure no hierarchical management and team members are people at its core helps me.

It’s not only a community of long term interns but a work frame to teach the future by bringing it here on our platform.
They go by the book. I have seen and learned a different type of workmanship for educating young entrepreneurs and taking advantage of their own product and skill internship. Apart from that, applications such as assistant and mentorship makes it special in addition to free admin support.

What hopes do you have for the future of Chipkoo?
I hope we add skill to the future workplace by demonstrating benchmark standards on authority of our developing society. Education is an empowering tool and we have decided to make a full version of a blueprint for the magnificent industry abroad.
What do you hope participants take away from your programs?
I hope they learn educational tools to succeed and rebuild their own lives and also help us contribute to their working relationships. We hope to teach them undying discipline and to follow even the most menial activities that contribute to overall success.
How do you help support participants?
We provide a broad range of toolkits and chartered information only for application of members DJ exclusive to interns. It’s crucial that we help catch them before they fall.
What does meaningful travel mean to you?
Seeking the common good of everyone. It’s a fulfillment or a reward from hard-work. Travel is so reduced right now because of Covid, the next big weekend/luxurious expedition is rare.
